When I designed the original BL 115, it seemed every single 115 cabinet on the market at the time used the same 350 watt driver, it was available to manufacturers for $17.00, that didn’t go deep enough, so everyone stuck it in a cabinet that was too big with a shelf port at the bottom and the biggest complaint was “I can’t hear it on stage”. How about taking a good driver, that hits the proper frequencies, and tuning the cabinet and the driver together? DUH! That is the DRB 115. One thing most players don’t realize is just how sweet the mids are from a properly designed 115 cabinet. Stack 2 of these for a monster rig, or pick one up in 4 ohms for a killer standalone rig, or put one under any of the other cabinets in the DRB line for a monster rig, making it one of the most versatile cabinets on the market.
